Holisticare EsterC was awarded the WOW Brand title two years in a row in 2014 and 2015, as well as in 2018 and 2021. In this event, Holisticare EsterC achieved the highest Brand Advocacy Ratio (BAR) in the single vitamin C category. Holisticare EsterC was awarded the Brand For Good award on March 3, 2016, in Jakarta. This award was given based on the assessment that Holisticare EsterC is a brand that not only focuses on pursuing business profits but also has other added values that are good for the surrounding community, such as honesty.
The Brand For Good award for Holisticare in the first WOW Brand Festive Day event was given based on a survey of brands from various industries, which then selected 300 brands with the highest BAR. The willingness of our consumers to recommend Holisticare EsterC is the result of the 'behavior' of our brand that is not solely focused on pursuing business profits (beyond profit).
At the end of the third quarter of 2015, Holisticare EsterC was recognized as one of the top brands in the Indonesia Best Brand Award (IBBA) 2015 for the adult multivitamins or health supplements category. The award from SWA magazine was based on several indicators, including Top of Mind in advertising (TOM Ad) and Top of Mind in the brand or category (TOM Brand). Top of Mind is the highest level of consumer memory for a brand. A brand will have Top of Mind if many consumers remember it when stimulated with certain questions.
In addition to Top of Mind, the Best Brand Award indicator is determined by how often consumers use a product that is circulating in the market. Consumer satisfaction is also a measure in determining the top brand. Holisticare EsterC achieved a perfect consumer satisfaction level of 100%.


Holisticare EsterC was recognized as the most recommended brand in the vitamin C product category. This award was given by SWA and Onbee Marketing Research based on a Word of Mouth Marketing (WOMM) survey conducted on 3,011 respondents in 7 cities.
By achieving this award, it is evident that consumers are highly satisfied with Holisticare EsterC and go far by testifying about its benefits and recommending it to others.
